Real Estate CE Compliance Date:

The compliance date is April 30 every odd numbered year.
12 hours every two years consisting of the following:
6 core hours in the following topics:
- - 2 hours in Ethics
- - 1 hour in Fair Housing
- - 3 hours in any core topic (Agency, Disclosure, Legal Issues, Ethics, Fair Housing, and/or Rules and Regulations).
6 elective hours (may be core, elective, or a combination).
