Salesperson CE requirements:
18 hours every 2 years consisting of the following:
- Legal Update I: 4 hours
- Legal Update II: 4 hours
- Contracts: 3 hours
- Electives: Any remaining hours*
*Note: Salespersons must complete the 6-hour Broker Responsibility course as part of their electives if they have been appointed as a supervisor by their sponsoring broker.
Broker CE requirements:
18 hours every 2 years consisting of the following:
- Legal Update I: 4 hours
- Legal Update II: 4 hours
- Contracts: 3 hours
- Broker Responsibility: 6 hours*
- Electives: Any remaining hours
*Note: As of January 1, 2026 All Brokers are required to complete the Broker Responsibility course, at any time during the license term: weather that sponsored one or more sales agents or not.
