Your continuing education must be completed by the anniversary of your initial licensure every 2 years.
Brokers and Salespersons Need
16 hours every 2 years for all active Salespersons and Brokers consisting of the following:
- Agency Law: 4 hours
- License Law: 2 hours
- Contract Law: 2 hours
- Electives: 8 hours
