When do I have to complete my CE?

The compliance date is April 30 every odd numbered year to avoid the $200 processing fee.
Licenses not renewed by June 30 every odd numbered year will also incur a $200 late fee. Course completion is based on Central Time Zone. |

What are the study requirements for my courses?

All licensees must read the course material to receive credit for the course.

When will my course completions be reported?

We report course completions the next business day to PSI.

Certificates of Completion
|
|
|
Immediately upon real estate course completion being reported, GeeWhiz Real Estate School will provide you with an electronic copy of your course certificate of completion. Customer service will have access to your certificates of completion in your account for a minimum of five years, should you need additional copies at a later time.
Please keep these certificates in your personal files. Per N.J.A.C. 11:5-12.8, while GeeWhiz Real Estate School reports your hours to the Commission’s tracking vendor (PSI) within 10 business days, you are required to maintain your own records for at least four (4) years. You are not required to submit physical copies with your renewal unless specifically requested by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission for verification or during a random audit. |

Can I repeat a course I've already taken?

Courses may not be taken for credit more than once in each renewal.

Can excess hours be carried over?
|
|

Excess credits cannot be carried over to the next reporting period.
