Continuing Education Requirements
How many CE hours do I need?
Salesperson or Non-Delegated Associate Broker Licensees are required to complete 24 CE credit hours every 2 years.

Designated Brokers or Delegated Associate Brokers with duties authorized in writing to act on the designated broker’s behalf to review and initial contracts or similar instruments, are required to complete 30 CE credit hours every 2 years.
Are there any state specific CE course subject requirements?

Salesperson or Non-Delegated Associate Broker Licensees:
Of the 24 hours required for renewal, you must obtain credit hours in EACH of the following categories:

Agency Law 3 hours
Contract Law 3 hours
Commissioner’s Standards 3 hours
Disclosure 3 hours
Fair Housing 3 hours
Real Estate Legal Issues 3 hours
Electives 6 hours


Designated Brokers or Delegated Associate Brokers:

Of the 30 hours required for renewal, you must obtain credit hours in EACH of the following categories:

Agency Law 3 hours
Contract Law 3 hours
Broker Management Clinic 9 hours
Disclosure 3 hours
Fair Housing 3 hours
Real Estate Legal Issues 3 hours
Electives 6 hours
When do I have to complete my CE?
Real Estate Salespersons must complete continuing education every 2 years by the end of the license issuance month.

Per AZ Commissioner's Rule R4-28-402(C), students may only complete up to 9 credit hours of CE per day. Please take this into consideration when choosing to start your course, especially if you are extremely close to your expiration date.

Course completion is based on Central Time Zone.
What are the study requirements for my courses?
Agents must read the course material prior to taking the final exam.

Can I repeat a course I've already taken?
