FIRST RENEWAL:
Principal RE Brokers and RE Property Managers must complete 30 hours of continuing education. At least 3 hours of the 30 hours must be in the Law and Rule Required Course (LARRC).
Real Estate Brokers (except for Principal RE Brokers and RE Property Managers) must complete a 27-hour Broker Advanced Practices course (AP) and a 3-hour Law and Rule Required Course. GeeWhiz does not currently offer the AP course.
SUBSEQUENT RENEWALS:
All licensees must complete 30 hours of continuing education. At least 3 hours of the 30 hours must be in the Law and Rule Required Course (LARRC).

The Oregon Real Estate Commission has adopted the rule to begin auditing licensees to ensure they are taking their required continuing education. With implementation of anytime continuing education reporting, real estate licensees can now log into eLicense Click here anytime to enter their required continuing education information. This function in eLicense has replaced the paper Continuing Education Record Form.
